Project Overview
As part of Bentley’s strategic 3.0 website redesign, I led a foundational discovery initiative to rethink our software page experience from the ground up. This wasn’t about giving our pages a visual refresh—it was about aligning the experience to what our users actually need.
Working with a cross-functional team of product designers, content strategists, marketers, and stakeholders, I designed and facilitated a comprehensive workshop that is now being used as a model for other page types across Bentley.com.
